Tomorrow's Agribusiness Leaders

Objective of the Leadership Class: The objective of the AAI leadership class is to identify the up and coming leaders in Iowa’s agribusiness industry and provide an opportunity for personal and professional development among these leaders. The class is designed to offer information, training and guidance in several key areas. Class members will experience first hand the opportunities and challenges of moving this industry forward into the next century both politically and economically.

Class Format: AAI members are given the opportunity to nominate a recognized leader within their company or they can make application themselves. There are two to four sessions for the participants and each session has a different area of focus and development. The class size is limited to eight in order to provide an optimal learning experience for all of the participants. One of the key components of the class is to provide an environment which encourages networking and development of valuable working relationships with the class participants. Limiting the class size enables the leadership program to be meaningful and beneficial to all participants.
