Image Session 1: Identifying your Leadership Style
In this session participants will learn about the different leadership styles that exist and identify which style they possess.

Session 2: Communication Skills / Media Training
In this session participants will be given the opportunity to learn or fine-tune one of the most valuable leadership skills – communication. Topics will include public speaking, media relations, team building and time management.

Session 3: Leadership Applied
In this session participants will travel the Statehouse to visit with legislators. The class will learn about all aspects of the legislative process and have chance to put their lobbying skills to work. The group will also continue their professional development and get a chance to examine the agribusiness industry today and discuss the outlook for the future.
